Smart Blade Flutter Alleviation with Rotational Effect

The effect of using a piezoelectric material has been shown on postponing the flutter phenomenon regular blade with rotational effects in this paper. system response smart only flapwise and edgewise plunge DOFs showed that oscillations can be effectively decayed very short time by efficient piezopatches DOFs. Furthermore, five DOFs, it indicated having defer speed 81.41%, which is noticeable increase speed. Finally, adding piezopatch to pitch DOF blade, possible postpone 155%, considerable increase.
